Slow Slow Slow & Support ? What support ?

I was with SurfEasy for at least year or so - found their service to be extremely slow, toward the end, loads of drop outs and emails for help never answered. Even had to send several cancellation communications before they stopped billing.
Looking at ratings here, they only allow minor criticisms ( because no ones perfect right !) the rest have to be high ratings.
Disappointing - there are better providers out there.
